Becca Rogers is a Doctoral Student and a Graduate Assistant for the Emergency Management and Homeland Security Program at Florida State University. She has been a part of EMHS in some capacity for five years. Ms. Rogers holds a B.A. in International Affairs and a M.P.A. in Public Policy, both from FSU. Her areas of interest and research include: UN sanctions, transnational terrorism, radicalization, violations of the Geneva Conventions, and U.S. intelligence policy. She is currently assisting Dr. Casserleigh and Colonel Duggleby with their courses in terrorism and intelligence.
